EZ Booking Procedure
Step 1: Determine Needs and Budget. Please clarify your repair needs and budget before making a booking. Given the high labor costs in Canada, we advise you to plan your budget reasonably. For some small appliances, such as rice cookers, microwaves, juicers, etc., we generally do not recommend on-site repair services to avoid unnecessary expenses. If such small appliances are malfunctioning, it is advisable to discard them directly, as the cost of repair will definitely exceed the cost of purchasing a new one.
Step 2: Clarify your free time. We recommend that you schedule the service during the daytime on weekdays. If you need to arrange services at night, on weekends, or during public holidays due to special circumstances, we will try our best to accommodate, but please note that this may affect the costs.
Step 3: Call us directly at 604-727-1366 to contact us and schedule a service time. During the call, please inform us of your repair needs and availability. We may not discuss technical details in depth over the phone, but we will ensure that we fully understand the situation and provide the most practical and optimal solution when we visit for the service.
